Three Years of Foundation Building, Boundless Possibilities Ahead: BodaData Marks the Third Anniversary of Its Brand Refresh—Answering the Defining Questions of the AI Era Through the Power of Integration

time:2026-05-09

This year, the term "intelligent economy" was included in China's Government Work Report for the first time. Top-level initiatives—such as "creating new forms of the intelligent economy" and "implementing new infrastructure projects like hyperscale AI computing clusters and coordinated computing-and-energy systems"—signal that China's digital economy has officially entered a new intelligence-driven phase. This means that computing power is no longer merely the underlying infrastructure for industrial operations; it is becoming a strategic foundation for broader economic and social development, much as electricity served as the foundational force of the industrial era.

As the tide of transformation accelerates, some choose to watch from the sidelines, while others move decisively to lead the way.

May 2026 marks the third anniversary of BodaData's brand refresh. Over the past three years, from securing solid footholds at its "North-South Dual Poles" to expanding into Southeast Asia through a strategic regional hub, and from sustained breakthroughs in liquid-cooling technologies to pioneering a full-chain value system spanning "green power to AI Tokens," BodaData has lived up to its role as a pioneer in converged computing infrastructure, charting a path defined by commitment, evolution, and leadership.

Strategic Foresight:

Building a Green Token Capital for the AI Era

The race in the computing power industry extends far beyond racks and chips; it is ultimately a contest of foresight and strategic planning.

On the second anniversary of its brand refresh, BodaData anchored its strategic framework with two flagship AI computing centers in Qianhai and Langfang, forming its "North-South Dual Poles" strategy. The launch of the HIVE Converged AI Computing Center in the Philippines served as a springboard into the Southeast Asian market, initially shaping a computing power network of "two domestic poles plus an overseas pivot." At the time, this was a regional footprint defined largely by rack capacity and computing scale.

As it marks its third anniversary, that network has reached a new strategic milestone. The BodaData Ulanqab AI Computing Base covers approximately 180 mu (about 12 hectares) and is planned with a total IT load of 150 MW. Phase I, with a capacity of 30 MW of IT load, is already operational and provides customized services for a leading Internet platform company. More importantly, the base has established a full-chain value system encompassing "green power supply, low-carbon computing, and AI Token output," targeting 100% renewable electricity utilization across the campus while maintaining a PUE strictly controlled at or below 1.2 and exploring a new paradigm for zero-carbon AI computing.

This strategic move aligns closely with Inner Mongolia's 2026 initiative to "build zero-carbon data parks in Ulanqab and develop green computing hubs and green Token bases." From the region surrounding the capital, the Yangtze River Economic Belt, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and the Chengdu-Chongqing region, to Southeast Asia's core markets and the Grassland Cloud Valley, BodaData has, over the past three years, achieved a strategic evolution from geographic expansion to end-to-end value integration. Its AI computing centers have become end-to-end hubs connecting energy, computing resources, and AI-driven value creation.

Technological Edge:

Embedding Sustainability into the DNA of Computing Power

The Government Work Report explicitly calls for implementing new infrastructure projects such as hyperscale AI computing clusters and coordinated computing-and-energy infrastructure, with the goal of enhancing the high-quality supply of AI computing capacity while strengthening its green credentials. In BodaData's technological philosophy, innovation is never merely about improving individual metrics; it is about creating entirely new system paradigms.

Over the past three years, BodaData's green technology strategy has continued to deepen and mature. From energy-saving solutions using evaporative cooling heat-pipe air-conditioning systems that achieved a PUE below 1.25 and were successfully deployed at the Qianhai AI Computing Center, to the award-winning water-cooled DX (Direct Expansion) dual-coil cooling architecture implemented at the Langfang AI Computing Center; from proactively planning liquid-cooling capabilities and reserving deployment conditions for the HIVE Converged AI Computing Center in the Philippines, to collaborating with partners to develop a zero-carbon-oriented energy solution for the Ulanqab campus—every step has addressed the same fundamental question: Can high performance and low carbon coexist?

The Ulanqab AI Computing Base provides a benchmark answer. Leveraging the region's abundant wind and solar resources, the base has established a power supply system with a high proportion of renewable energy. Through intelligent power dispatching and related measures, intermittent wind and solar green power is transformed into stable and continuous AI-ready computing capacity, supporting large language model (LLM) training and inference while delivering standardized Token-based value.

This approach echoes the direction emphasized by the National Energy Administration: promoting integrated source-grid-load-storage systems and direct green electricity connections in renewable-energy-rich regions such as Inner Mongolia, maximizing local clean-energy utilization while encouraging the coordinated development of energy and computing infrastructure. Here, sustainability is no longer a constraint requiring compromise; it is embedded in the very DNA of computing power from the moment it is created.

Ecosystem Collaboration:

Unlocking Shared Value Creation

When many forces unite, extraordinary achievements become possible. The true value of an ecosystem lies in enabling every participant to draw strength for growth.

Over the past three years, BodaData's ecosystem has expanded from technology alliances to industry-academia integration, and from regional engagement to cross-border empowerment, progressing steadily at every level. By joining forces with leading enterprises to build technology ecosystem alliances, collaborating with universities and research institutions to develop tailored talent cultivation programs, and pioneering a dual-track model combining headquarters support with local talent development in the Philippines, BodaData has pursued a common goal: transforming the ecosystem from a collection of commercial agreements into a vibrant community of shared value creation.

In 2026, the BodaData Ulanqab AI Computing Base attracted billions of yuan in investment and hundreds of megawatts of AI computing capacity. Centered on the full-chain model of "green power → computing power → Token," it is driving the clustering of upstream and downstream industries, including server manufacturing, data annotation, and LLM training. Meanwhile, the HIVE Converged AI Computing Center in the Philippines is enabling China's AI computing construction standards and operational expertise to take root across Southeast Asia. By the end of 2025, BodaData's computing power network had expanded to 21 countries, more than 50 NNI nodes, and over 100 POP nodes, steadily unfolding a value network originating in China and extending across the Asia-Pacific region.

In the Name of the Future:

Advancing China's Vision for AI Computing

From geographic expansion to end-to-end value integration, from green technologies to the zero-carbon paradigm, and from collaborative growth to shared value creation—BodaData's three-year journey mirrors the critical leap of China's computing power industry from building foundations to leading the way.

Three years of building foundations have laid the groundwork for boundless possibilities ahead. In an era where computing power is reshaping how the world operates, BodaData has chosen a path that is challenging yet undeniably right: transforming the winds and sunlight of the grassland cloud valley into AI Tokens that power intelligent innovation, while integrating Chinese technology and standards into the fabric of global digital governance. Three years mark only the prologue; the real story is only beginning—unfolding with every newly generated Token and extending toward a more intelligent future.
